The owner of Arlington's Texas Ranch Barbeque, Steve Roberts, has enlisted Hell's Kitchen finalist, Declan Horgan, to head his new restaurant, Jack's Ranch, that has opened in Tysons Corner. Located inside the Lumen apartment building, this 11,000 square foot concept serves menu options such as smoked meats, seafood, Neopolitan and Roman pizzas, and more. The restaurant also has a full-service deli called Josephine's Italian Market and Cafè, which offers sandwiches, coffee, and other Mediterranean options.
