Chef Nicholas Stefanelli has officially opened his new wine, cocktail, and mezze bar, Kaimaki, located next door to his other new concept, Philotimo. This new spot is a lively and upbeat gathering place, and offers the perfect destination for pre-dinner drinks, evening caps, and more. The space offers a more casual experience than Philotimo. The cocktail program is ran by Joseph Kocjan and features a rotating selection of classic cocktails alongside originals. The food menu features mezze bites such as dolmades, fava bean fritters, and loukoumades. There is an expansive bar that can seat 12 guests and high-top tables that can seat an additional 25 guests.
