D.C. Central Kitchen has opened a new cafè in the Martin Luther King Jr. Library, Marianne's. Located on the first floor of the library, this new cafè is named after Marianne Ali, the longtime leader of D.C. Central Kitchen's Culinary Job Training program. This new cafè will offer guests high-quality beverages and light fare while providing on-the-job training to people facing barriers to employment. Marianne's is open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.; For more information, visit D.C.
