Chef Matt Baker has opened his new French-American restaurant, Michele's, at The Eaton D.C.. Baker pays homage to his French heritage and upbringing in Houston at this new 3,000 sqaure-foot concept, named after his late mother. Michele's can seat up to 124 guests, with seating available in the dining room, raw bar, and various bar areas. Guests can get excited to enjoy a variety of family-style dishes, tacos al pastor, an expansive raw bar, and much more. Andrew Cleverdon assists Baker and serves as Chef de Cuisine at Michele's.
