This new fast-casual confectionary introduces a new way to grab and go with its "Flavors to Frills" concept which offers a unique, build your own cupcake experience. Guests are able to chose their own cupcake flavors, fillings, frosting, and more. Indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a walk-up window and delivery are available.
