Chef Tarek Diab, has developed the menu for this new concept, that celebrates both cultures individually, rather than fusing them together. On the Persian menu, guests can find menu options such as stews, kabobs, Persian ice cream, and more; and on the Mediterranean menu, guests can find menu options such as Chicken Tagine, Falafel, lamb, and more.
