Palette 22 has opened a new location in DC's Union Market District. The innovative dining concept blends global cuisine with an immersive art experience. Palette 22 has an Artist-in-Residence program, which provides a rotating gallery of works, and features over 30 local artists. Jamie Farley leads art concepts at this new Union Market location, while Chef Santiago Lopez leads the kitchen. Some menu highlights guests can get excited for include Charred Octopus, Tempura Corn, Steak Tartare Causa, and much more. They will also offer Happy Hour and Weekend Brunch in the coming weeks. Palette 22 is open Monday - Friday from 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. For more information, visit their website here.
