Bread Furst's head baker Ben Arnold has announced the opening of the restaurant's new pop up: Alberto's Pizza. The concept came when the team was brainstorming ideas for their Super Bowl Sunday menu. Currently, guests can enjoy 8-inch pies like the Ben Franklin (sauce, mozzarella, provolone, aged parmesean), Betsy Ross (white pizza, spinach, parmesean, ricotta, garlic, provolone), and Walt Whitman (pepperoni and three-cheese blend).
