Guests can get excited for a variety of Bolivian street foods such as Pukacapas, Sopa de Mani, Sandwich de Chola, and of course its name sake: Salteñas. Desserts and single origin Bolivian coffee from Iturralde's family plantation will also be offered. Originally operating out of a stall in Mess Hall, this is the first brick and mortar location of Saya Salteña. On Saturday, October 21st, the first 25 guests will receive a free salteña. Saya Salteña is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.For more information, visit their website here.
