SHŌTŌ has officially opened at the new Midtown Center development in downtown D.C.. SHŌTŌ serves a contemporary and sophisticated twist on the traditional Japanese izakaya style of informal dining. This restaurant features a whiskey cellar with rare Japanese bottles, 155-seats for guests to sit, a discrete DJ booth, and more. Theres also a terrace that will open, available for guests to enjoy once the weather gets warmer. The menu is vast, featuring a Japanese wagyu steak menu, caviar service, tacos made from homemade potato chips, and more. Lunch service will be coming to SHŌTŌ this Spring.
