Chef Jarrad Silver has officially launched his new food truck, Silver and Sons BBQ, in the parking lot of Captains Market. Silver's take on barbeque is heavily influeced by his Jewish upbringing and previous work in local Mediterranean restaurants. Silver and Sons BBQ is also available through pre-order, delivery, and private catering. Silver and Sons BBQ will be parked at Captains Market Wednesdays and Saturdays from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. On Thursdays and Fridays, Silver and Sons BBQ plans to do drops around neighborhoods in Montgomery County.
