The latest concept from the Creative Theory Agency located in Union Market District, Gift Shop (1258 Fourth Street NE) specializes in lifestyle and home goods from artisan makers such as Black Pepper Paperie Co., District of Clothing, ArtByJLaw, Ron David Studio, Destiny’s Cache, BlkOut, bEASH Please, The Mobelbutik, Charismatic Creations, Journacy, RiverIsWild, Small Wooden Box, and Gift Shop originals by the Creative Theory Agency team. This permanent storefront will be a cultural hub for Black-owned concepts -- some of which have never before had a brick-and-mortar presence -- to offer IRL brand experiences for the first time. The curated collection -- with items ranging from $15 to $400 -- features a mix of ceramics, candles, vintage glassware, wallets + keychains, merch and more. Hours of operation are Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
