Boundary Stone St. Patrick’s Day
On March 17th, Executive Chef David Bacot of Boundary Stone will have three St. Patrick’s Day specials on the menu for the holiday. Enjoy classic corned beef and cabbage Wellington, with house-cured corned beef and beer-braised cabbage, puff pastry, roasted Thumbelina carrots, tri-colored potatoes, and whole grain mustard cream sauce; corned beef and cabbage spring rolls; and bangers and mash with Schaller and Weber Irish pork sausages, caramelized onion & mushroom Guinness gravy, mashed potatoes, and English peas. For dessert, a Guinness chocolate sponge cake with mint buttercream and chocolate batons.
