Making the Fast Easy

The High Holidays: They’re either early or late, but this year they are right on time! Rosh Hashanah has passed and now we have thrown our sins (via crumbs of bread) into the water and are preparing for the Yom Kippur fast that starts the night of October 4th. For the uninitiated: A big meal on Tuesday night, followed by a full day of fasting on Wednesday (no food or water) and then followed by another huge meal to "break" the fast. For those who celebrate, the last thing you need to worry about is what you and the fam are eating! Fortunately, if you are looking for help, we have suggestions for all the fish, bagels, and schmears (AND with the accessibility of really good kosher wines, we have some suggestions there too). Have an Easy Fast ~
