Bajo, a new Spanish-Japanese restaurant and listening bar from husband-and-wife duo Chef Max Rivera and Sarah Montell, will be opening in Shaw’s Blagden Alley this Fall. Bajo's menu will draw inspiration from the intersection of Iberian and Japanese culinary traditions and will feature tapas, yakitori, and crudos.
