Join Cork for their annual Valentine's Day Champagne Dinner. For 10 years, they've spent Valentine's Day with their dear friends Ed Addiss and Barbara Selig tasting delightful grower champagne. This year, in Cork's private dining room, you will taste wines from favorite producers including some new additions to the list. CORK'S Chef has created a fantastic menu that includes delicious new menu items including features from his new winter menu. Ed and Barbara will talk about each wine in the pairings and captivate you with tales of winemaking from this hand-selected group of growers. The dinner will include a special selection of new wines from producers like Champagne Bourdaire-Gallois, Champagne Perseval-Farge, Champagne Jose Michel and Champagne R.
