The Bethesda Arts Festival returns to transform the city into a massive outdoor gallery featuring ceremics, drawing, fiber, glass, printmaking, jewelry, metalwork, painting, photography, sculpture, and other disciplines from over 160 carefully-selected artists from all over the country. In addition to artists' displays, Jon Gann and Jim Taglauer, co-directors of the festival, will be curating an interactive expereince with fun for the full family that includes artist demos, live music, food tastings, DIY art stations and more that draws from their collective film festival background. The festival, which has been recognized as one of the most important art events in the country by Art Fair Sourcebook and Sunshine Artists will take place all weekend from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday.
