Pastry Chef Susan Bae welcomes some of the best & brightest in the Northeast. Chefs include Caroline Schiff, Gage & Tollner (NYC), Isabel Coss from Lutece & Pascual, Emily Riddell, Machine Shop (Philadelphia, PA), Alicia Wong from Albi & Yellow the Cafe, Yoonjung Oh from Bresca/JÔNT/ Hive Hospitality, Rochelle Cooper from Eastpoint Collective, and Rose Nguyen from Rose Ave Bakery. 

Cherry Bombe’s Jessie Sheehan of She’s My Cherry Pie, the number ONE baking podcast in
the United States, will moderate a fun yet thought-provoking panel for all of the pastry chef participants, which will be followed by a leisurely afternoon Dim Sum treats and pastries plus cocktails by Moon Rabbit's Beverage Director, Thi Nguyen.
