Albi presents chef & owner Michael Rafidi's vision of Levantine cooking as seen through the lens of Modern techniques and Mid-Atlantic ingredients. For his first solo restaurant, chef Rafidi draws inspiration from his roots in the Levant region, bringing to the table an experience that melds ancient culinary tradition with the refined hand and artful plating that has earned him widespread acclaim. Enjoy his Levantine Christmas from the hearth dinner this holiday. Dinners will come fully cooked and each item will come with step by step instructions to refresh them from your table.
