Join for a sensational cooking adventure with US’ Chef Kathy Fang (2-time Chopped champion) and first Canadian Master Chef, Eric Chong, in a cook-off cheered on by Chef Christian Yang in Hong Kong.  You'll discuss food trends in HKG, dishes you can cook at home, and Wine & Dine Month highlights.
