Bake & Take: King Cake Edition at Mess Hall

Learn how to make and decorate traditional King Cakes just in time for Mardi Gras with the founder of RavenHook Bakehouse, Chris Girardot, at Mess Hall from 2:00 - 4:30 p.m. The class includes: Two King Cakes with guided instruction + baking tips, Bowl of authentic gumbo (chicken & andouille sausage) OR vegetarian jambalaya on request, Complementary Hurricane Cocktail - Authentic Pat O'Brien's style or a non-alcoholic version on request.
You will go home with: a small king cake (decorated and ready to eat); a small king cake they’ve filled & shaped in class, as well as instructions for baking and decorating their 2nd cake at home; and of course, a recipe for making more king cakes from start to finish at home.
