In her first cookbook, Dessert Person, the pastry chef, Claire Saffitz, shares her signature spin on more than 100 sweet and savory recipes. She outlines the problems and solutions for each recipe, as well as practical do’s and don’ts, skill level, prep and bake time, and foundational know-how. Tickets are $12 per person for virtual access to the event or $40 for virtual access to the event and one copy of Dessert Person with an autographed bookplate.
