Kick it old school at Ballston Field Day where it's all about fitness, fun and making new friends. Come out to Washington Liberty’s football field to expand your fitness routine and get tips to fuel your body and mind. You'll be able to try a new workout every 10 yards with the regions top gyms, including OrangeTheory Fitness, Ballston Crossfit, [solidcore], and more. Your participation not only empowers you -- your $5 donation at registration also supports Doorways for Women and Families, a local nonprofit creating pathways out of homelessness, domestic violence and sexual assault leading to safe, stable and empowered lives.
