SER Restaurant in partnership with The Northern Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Ballston BID are kicking off Hispanic Heritage Month with a Sangria Sip & Mingle event. Enjoy food and drinks like sangria, beer, wine and tapas from SER and chat with neighbors, industry peers, and community leaders.
