Bas Rouge: Flanagan Wines Dinner

World-class wines are key to the dining experience at Bas Rouge, the most gracious restaurant on the Eastern Shore, where exquisite European cuisine is presented in a setting of understated elegance. Just as the celebrated kitchen sources its ingredients with great care, the wine program delights in meeting the makers – that’s why a visit from Eric Flanagan, proprietor of Flanagan Wines, his wife, Kit, and daughter/business partner, Riley, is both an exciting occasion and a rare opportunity. In honor of their visit, Executive Chef Harley Peet will be adding a few special offerings to his glorious seasonal menu. You may choose three courses ($85) or four ($100), with either a $75 pairing of Flanagan Appellation wines, or a $150 pairing of Flanagan single vineyard wines.
