Join Founder Pankaj Sharma and Executive Chef Sunil Bastola for a celebration of Basant Panchami, which marks the arrival of spring and honors Sarawati, the Goddess of Knowledge. Bollywood will celebrate with a cooking class, and in the tradition of Basant Panchami attendees are encourages to dress in yellow while they learn to make golden vegetarian favorites like malai kofta. Following the cooking demonstration guests will enjoy a family-style dinner featuring a cornucopia of amber-hued dishes and wine pairings. Tickets are available for $75 per person and can be purchased here. Dinner will be served from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
