Every year France celebrates the end of the Beaujolais harvest with the release of their fruitiest, most quaffable wine - Beaujolais Nouveau. This quickly fermented wine was made for parties, and they are putting it to good use at Josephine this year!
In their upstairs dining room, they will be pouring this vintage of juicy Nouveau along with festive French spritzes and the best French beers. Chef Matt Cockrell will be sending out platters of cheeses, charcuteries, and smoked salmon while their favorite party canapes will be passed by the Josephine Brasserie team.
