Jack Rose Dining Saloon is kicking off NYE with an all-you-can-eat-and-drink "Beer, Bourbon & BBQ" neighborhood cookout pre-bash on the heated rooftop terrace. Fueling folks up for a night of partying, Jack Rose is firing up the grill for a neighborhood cookout featuring the 3 Bs: Beer, Bourbon and BBQ.
