BlackSalt Guy Amiot Virtual Wine Dinner Take Home

BlackSalt is excited to present its first Virtual Wine Tasting & Dinner with Fabrice Amiot of Guy Amiot et Fils of Burgundy. This relatively unknown producer creates wines of extraordinary quality for a surprisingly modest price (by any measure and especially for Burgundy). This dinner is offered for both Take Home and In-Person Dining options. Fabrice will be joining through a live Zoom feed from France where he will personally lead you through a tasting of three of his wines and then you will enjoy a beautiful 4-course meal created by Chef Jeff Gaetjen for the evening. During the meal, a virtual exploration of the History, Vineyard & Cellars of Guy Amiot will be presented.
