Bold Forks is excited to host Vishwesh Bhatt, author of debut cookbook I AM FROM HERE: STORIES AND RECIPES FROM A SOUTHER CHEF. Bhatt is considered one of the South's most innovative and talented chefs, evidenced by his receipt of the James Beard Award. He will be joining Kristen Essig of Dauphine's for a conversation exploring intersections, commonalities and differences between Bhatt's childhood home in the Indian state og Gujarat, and his self-made home of Oxford, Mississippi.
