Botanicals Workshop With One Eight Distilling

Join Slow Food DC to learn how One Eight Distilling selects and sources the botanicals that go into their signature gin, and then re-purposes those botanicals after the distilling process is finished. With your newfound knowledge, you'll help craft a custom gin on the spot, all while sampling gin cocktails. This event is part of Slow Food DC's "Summer of Sustainable Beverages" Series.
