Executive Chef Robert Curtis and his team at Bourbon Steak are wrapping up wither summer cook-out series with a collaboration dinner featuring chef Fristen Essig of Dauphine. The evenings menu will feature a fusion of Dauphone's New Orleans style with Bourbon Steaks' for oysters & chablis alongside beautifully paired Burgundy-born wines hand-selected by sommelier Winn Robertson. Dinner reservations may be made for $85 per person and can be made at Open Table. Reservations will be available from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
