La Tomatina, with it's roots in the humble city of Buñol, transforms the city in Spain's most famous food fight, where weapons are wielded in the form of tomatoes. Jaleo and Spanish Diner, both from the mind of Chef Jose Andres, will be celebrating the historic event with specialty menu, including tapas, and cocktails from August 29th through September 11th.
