Expand on your knowledge of wine in this three-part summertime education series that explores the basics of wine in Cork Curriculum edu-tainment classes! Each class is an interactive experience with instruction, wine to taste and snack cheeses to enjoy. The second class discusses the flavor and aroma of wine -- in all it's boldness and it's subtleties. In this class, you will learn the skills to explore basic building blocks and how you can identify the various flavors and aromas of wine. Tickets for the Development class are available for $35 per person, or a discounted ticket for all three classes is available for $90 per person. Tickets can be purchased here. Class will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
