Learn about wine in this three-part summertime education series that explores the basics of wine in Cork Curriculum edu-tainment classes! Each class is an interactive experience with instruction, wine to taste and snack cheeses to enjoy. The first class discusses wine's structural elements: tannins, alcohols, sweetness and acidity. Isolate each element to explore it, undistracted from the others, and practice your new skills while judging each wine on its merits. Tickets for the Elements class are available for $35 per person, or a discounted ticket for all three classes is available for $90 per person. Tickets can be purchased here. Class will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
