Executive Chef Kevin Lalli and Sous Chef Dan Wood are collaborating on a French-inspired à la carte Christmas Day Brunch.  The menu offerings are: Chicken & Biscuits, sausage gravy ($18); Avocado Toast, jambon bayonne, everything bagel crumble, 63⁰C egg ($15); Yogurt Parfait, homemade granola, wild berries ($12); Lobster Omelet, sauce mornay ($22); Brioche French Toast, wild berry compote ($15); Corned Beef Hash, poached eggs, home fries, brown gravy ($16); Crab Cake Benedict, sauce choron  ($21); Grilled Chicken Club, chipotle aioli, Applewood smoked bacon, frites ($19). Side dishes are available at $5 each including; Applewood Smoked Bacon, Chicken Apple Sausage and Home Fries.  Eggs prepared “your way” are $3 and a basket of house-made pastries is $10.
