Burgundy Meets Oregon Six-Course Wine Dinner Experience With Domaine Drouhin & Special Guest Alexandra Calla

Please join as Chef Jacques welcomes Alexandra Calla from importer Dreyfus Ashby to host a “Burgundy Meets Oregon” dinner with the wines of Maison Joseph Drouhin of Burgundy and Domaine Drouhin Oregon. Joseph Drouhin always had a passion for wine, and in 1880 in Burgundy, he founded the independent company that still bears his name. Today, his great-grandchildren, run the family-owned company from their ancestors’ house. Hors d’oeuvres will be accompanied by a glass of Joseph Drouhin Saint-Veran. This will be followed by a pre-dinner flight of three of Drouhin’s delectable and highly rated Burgundies. With the six-course dinner experience, L'Auberge Chez Francois' team will pour two additional wines of Domaine Drouhin’s Oregon wines, the Roserock Chardonnay and the Domaine Pinot Noir.
