Caboose Brewery Tour & Tasting: Sustainability In Brewing

August is craft beer month, so what better time to join Slow Food DC at Caboose Tavern in Vienna to learn about sustainable brewery operations, and sample delicious craft brews and snacks. The Snail of Approval winning team at Caboose Brewing showcases sustainability throughout their business model and operations. They'll lead you through a tour of their Vienna location and explain how sustainability factors into various levels of brewery operations, from sourcing ingredients to brewing to re-purposing waste and by-products, as well as other green initiatives and community engagement. You will enjoy a tasting flight of Caboose's delicious beers and light hors d'oeuvres. Tickets are priced at $32 per person.
