The deep, rich traditions of Champagne are undoubtedly part of its appeal, but in the face of a climate change, modern Champagne growers and makers increasingly rely on innovative vineyard management and creative winemaking techniques to ensure consistently high-quality wines year after year. The tasting will include 12 modern Champagnes over a virtual class. Tickets for this event are priced at $150 per person.
