The aim of the course is to provide detailed analysis of the principal wines of the world. Students will also benefit from in-depth tastings where they will learn to identify product style and quality. Emphasis is given to tasting assessment skills. This 10-class course will be held in person from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. on the following dates: May 13th, 20th, 27th, June 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, July 1st, 8th, and 15th. The exam will be held in person on August 5th from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. $1,500 per person; register here.
