Celebrate Equinox Turning 25 with 25 Bites and Sips Reception-Style Dinner

Chef Todd Gray is celebrating Equinox's 25th anniversary with a series of celebrations this month and next—including a party featuring 25 different bites & sips with alum chefs Tony Chittum, Colin McClimans, and others. This will be a retrospective, reception-style party that pays homage to the stalwart restaurant's most beloved dishes and sips over the years. Alum bar team members will pour celebratory sips from over the years, including Archery Summit and Graham Beck Brut Rosé, both of which were on the menu when the restaurant opened in 1999. Tickets are $125 (including tax + gratuity) and are available online. 7:00 p.m.
