To celebrate Oregon Wine Month, Jug & Table's Sommelier, Chas Jefferson will be showcasing his favorites in a flight. The flight of three wines-- a red, a sparkling, and an orange-- showcase the unique attributes of Oregon's wines. Featured wines include the Montinore Estate Vivace 2017, an easy drinking sparking with notes of juicy green apple, ripe melon, lime zest; the Domaine Drouhin Oregon Roserock Vineyard 2015, a delicate floral pinot noir; and Biggio Hamina Biha Gewurztraminer orange wine 2017 with notes of dried apricot and chamomile known for it's profound savoriness.
