Celebrate Rosh Hashanah with Specials from SABABA, Shana Tova

DC’s hip, and culturally rich modern Israeli restaurant will celebrate Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, by offering a variety of specials, which will be available exclusively during dinner service. Chef Ryan Moore honors the traditional ingredients of this high holiday. The chef is incorporating apple, honey, and brisket into his special menu. Sababa’s full menu will also be available. Menu highlights include roasted haloumi with honey and apple marmalade ($14); golden beet & pomegranate salad over a citrus labneh ($14); salmon braised with chraimeh sauce and olives ($26), as well as braised beef brisket with carrot, sweet potato, and walnut tzimmes ($28). Dinner service Friday and Saturday September 15th-16th 5:00 - 10:00 p.m. and Sunday 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. Reserve here.
