Celebrate The Colorful Festival Of Holi

This Holi, Pappe is bringing a splash of color to welcome guests. The Rangoli tray will showcase a delightful selection of colored powders for guests to paint their faces. Guests are invited to indulge with family and friends in a colorful three-course meal. Featured menu items have been whipped up by Chef Sanjay, including Allepey fish curry, cooked with coconut, curry leaves, mustard and green chilies; and taar gosht, a traditional dish served with braised lamb curry in bone marrow a’jus, stir fried in light mace, cardamom, star anise and cinnamon.
