Cheese Of The Month: ACS Winners

Join Via Umbria at their monthly Cheese of the Month Club party, where they will be celebrating the winners from the American Cheese Society’s annual conference and competition. Their cheesemonger will give the insiders information on which of these winning cheeses you should be stocking up on. As always, they'll unveil a bonus cheese selected by the cheesemonger to tantalize your taste buds. You'll taste and learn how to make dishes featuring each cheese and will take home recipe cards so you can recreate the experience at home.
