During the 18th Kensington Day of the Book Festival, you are invited to celebrate Sant Jordi and experience one of the most beautiful traditions of Catalan culture. Taking place, from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Howard Avenue in Kensington, MD, the celebration will feature books, roses, capgrossos (Catalan giant heads), the legend of Sant Jordi, theatre, crafts, and more. Guests can also learn how to make *pa amb tomàquet* (Catalan tomato bread) and try drinking from a *porró*, a traditional Catalan wine pitcher.
