On February 23rd at 6:00 p.m., join "Cheese Lady" Jill Erber of Cheesetique for a one-hour, online class all about Gouda. Participants will explore the fascinating history and taste a spectrum of ages, from 5 months to 5 years. Each kit serves 2 to 4 people and includes: 5 Cheeses, Sour Cherry Jam, Crackers, and Cote de Brouilly Wine. Kits cost $59.99 and can be picked up at the Shirlington store.
