The DC culinary community stands united against racism. Hate against Asian American Pacific Islander communities has risen during the COVID-19 pandemic. Together, we can stop it. The May 16th dinner features a five-course to-go menu for two, featuring Chefs Matt Conroy of Lutece, making charred Napa cabbage with parmesan, tahini, and pickled chili; Jerome Grant of Jackie; Johanna Hellrigl of Mercy Me making herbaceous glass noodle; Marcelle Afram & Roro Asmar of Shababi cooking half musakhan poussin served over caramelized onion taboon bread, charred long hot, garnished with pine nuts and sumac onions, and served with a side of toum; and Chef Susan Bae of Moon Rabbit. Each $150 ticket/meal sold can feed two people.​​​ To pre-order, please click here.
