The DC culinary community stands united against racism. Hate against Asian American Pacific Islander communities has risen during the COVID-19 pandemic. Together, we can stop it. The May 23rd dinner features a five-course to-go menu for two, featuring Chefs James Wozniuk of Makan, Michael Rafidi of Albi, Rob Rubba of Oyster Oyster, Andrew Skala of Cut by Wolfgang Puck, and Victoria Lai of Ice Cream Jubilee.
