CHIKO After Dark With Justin Severino

Join CHIKO in welcoming Chef Justin Severino to the After Dark Series. The Pittsburgh chef is well known for his extensive charcuterie experience and runs both Larder Pittsburgh, a 'casual counter service pub' and the popular Salty Pork Bits online charcuterie subscription. Severino has been named People’s Best New Chef by Food & Wine Magazine & has received several nominations from the James Beard Foundation for Chef of the Year, along with bragging rights of kick-starting Pittsburgh’s ascension into a top U.S. food destination. The event is not a ticketed event; walk-ins are welcome. Doors are open to all on a first-come, first-serve basis. Alcohol specials will be announced.
